John Jonge Poerink is a senior financial professional with over 30 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory and originating, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across the consumer, industrials, and manufacturing sectors.

He is the Founder of Aspen Alpine Capital and Linley Capital, a private investment firm backed by U.S. and European family offices. Prior to founding Linley Capital in 2008, Mr. Jonge Poerink was a Partner at Circle Peak Capital, a middle-market buyout firm, where he led and executed leveraged buyout transactions totaling in excess of $400 million in enterprise value across a broad range of industries.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jonge Poerink held senior roles in management, marketing, and operations at leading global consumer companies with tens of billions of dollars in revenue, including The Limited Brands, Inc. and Benetton Group S.p.A. During this time, he was also actively involved in strategic acquisitions and integration initiatives, including transactions related to the Structure, Express, Kastle, Nordica, Asolo, Killer Loop, and Prince brands.
He has served on multiple corporate boards and brings a combination of operational and transaction expertise to complex investment situations.

Mr. Jonge Poerink holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds FINRA Series SIE, 79, 24, 99, 63, and 82 licenses.

He also served in the Royal Netherlands Armed Forces Medical Corps, part of the Netherlands’ NATO military framework, including participation in NATO training exercises.

Gary Cuccia

Gary Cuccia has over 30 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic finance across broker-dealers, investment banks, and financial institutions.

He is currently affiliated with Aspen Alpine Capital, where he serves as Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP), advising on financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational infrastructure.

Mr. Cuccia is the Founder and President of FINOP & CFO Solutions, LLC, where he provides outsourced CFO and FINOP services to broker-dealers and investment firms. His experience includes senior finance roles at leading institutions, including Smith Barney, Gruntal & Company, CIBC World Markets, Citizens Bank, and Brickell Bank, where he was responsible for financial reporting, regulatory capital, strategic planning, and operational oversight.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cuccia held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Controller across a range of broker-dealers, banks, and investment platforms. He has extensive experience in acquisition analysis, due diligence, and post-transaction integration, having supported numerous transactions and complex financial reporting environments.

Mr. Cuccia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds Series 7, 24, and 27 (FINOP) licenses. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Pace University.

Maureen Brille has over 30 years of experience in executive search, organizational advisory, and the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management and financial institutions.

Ms. Brille is affiliated with Aspen Alpine Capital, where she supports strategic initiatives, organizational development, and industry relationships. 

Previously, Ms. Brille was Managing Director and Head of the Alternative Asset Management Practice at Bay Street Advisors, where she advised investment firms on senior executive recruitment across private equity, hedge funds, and wealth management.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Brille held a senior role at Egon Zehnder International, specializing in executive search for global banking and alternative asset management organizations. She also held prior positions within the financial services industry, including roles at JP Morgan.

Ms. Brille holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
